Member Owners
Member Owners
We encourage our Member Owners to register for tickets even though they have access to the Racecourse and Members Area.
By registering it gives us an idea of the expected attendance on Raceday, which ensures we are adequately staffed and stocked for the raceday.
Tickets for Children
Tickets for Children
Children under the age of 18 years are welcome to attend the races. They must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under 18 will gain free entry to the racecourse. Owners with Children must accompany them to the Raceday Owners Concierge to be given a junior wristband or guest pass, which will allow them entry to the Members Reserve.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR MINORS
Persons under the age of 18 years of age are not permitted entry to the racecourse unless accompanied by their Legal Guardian (a parent, step-parent or guardian of the minor) or a person who is, for time being, in loco parentis to the minor (an individual who assumes parental status and responsibilities for another individual, usually a young person, without formally adopting that person. This person must be 25 years of age or older and be able to verify to the satisfaction of the ATC their relationship to the minor). Click here to view the full conditions of entry.
Transferring Owners Privileges
Transferring Owners’ Privileges
