Australian Turf Club Extends Partnership with Hyland Sportswear
12 June, 2025
Australian Turf Club is proud to announce a five year extension of its long-standing partnership with Hyland Sportswear, a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of racing apparel and equipment.
This renewed agreement will see Hyland Sportswear remain the official supplier of racing colours, presentation rugs, sashes, saddle cloths, strappers jackets, and other essential race day items for the Australian Turf Club. The extension marks over 20 years of successful partnership between the two organisations.
Hyland Sportswear Owner Gerry Hyland said: “Next year marks 50 years of Hyland Sportswear, and more than 20 of those have been alongside the ATC. From the early 2000s to today’s $20 million races like The TAB Everest, it’s been great to grow together and be part of the evolution of Sydney racing and be part of some of racing’s most unforgettable moments.”
“Our Race Colours, rugs and saddle cloths have graced the backs of turf legends like Makybe Diva, Black Caviar, and Winx, right here on Sydney’s most iconic tracks.”
“This partnership means a lot to us – not just because of what we do, but who we do it with. From Royal Randwick to Rosehill Gardens, we’ve shared a love of racing and a passion for quality that continues to grow.”
Australian Turf Club General Manager of Partnerships, Scott Kennedy adds: “We’re delighted to continue our partnership with Hyland Sportswear, an iconic name that’s synonymous with Australian racing. They’ve been a constant in the industry for generations, and their commitment to thoroughbred racing and to the Australian Turf Club is second to none.
What truly sets Hyland Sportswear apart — and why they’re so respected by our trainers, jockeys, owners, partners, and the wider industry — is the unmatched quality of their products, their constant drive to innovate, and the personal, reliable service that Gerry and his team consistently deliver.
We’re proud of the strong relationship we’ve built over the years and excited to see our partnership with Hyland Sportswear continue to grow.”
