PEACOCK LOUNGE
The Peacock Lounge presented by Balter at the Winx Stand, Royal Randwick, will elevate your Carnival raceday experience. Enjoy a selection of food including Togarashi spiced Karaage chicken with wasabi mayo, lamb kofta with hummus, garlic yoghurt, pickled veg and tabouli as well as cheeseburger spring rolls. The Balter bar will be serving beer and bubbles all day while a rotating DJ roster creates a party environment alongside the track.
MEXICAN TACORIA
Don’t miss the all-new Mexican Tacoria located next to the Owners’ Pavilion. Enjoy a variety of taco’s (3 per serve from $18) including crispy tempura fish, smoked angus brisket and Baja spiced cauliflower. There are plenty of other options including pulled pork burritos and nachos.
